This building is part of the larger Market Square Phase 1 Redevelopment. It is located at a prominent corner, overlooking the historic Findlay Market.
Our office welcomed the challenge to preserve the most historic character we have seen intact, while updating it to a more open and contemporary design.
This project highlights a timeless design while preserving the historic wood floors, trim, and mantels.
The apartments came online in April of 2017, and quickly rented out - one more sign that the Findlay Market area is rapidly becoming a new hot-spot in Cincinnati.
